Review of Shivmurti ClassicDuring our recent family stay at Shivmurti Classic, we encountered significant challenges that overshadowed the hotel's supposed luxury appeal. Eventually, we were assigned Room 202, which was not clean, exhibited an unpleasant odor, and had a malfunctioning flat-screen TV. After discussions, we moved to Room 206, where we still struggled with inconsistent hot water supply. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi and complimentary toiletries, but these did not compensate for the overall experience. The hotel's ambiance could signify luxury, yet the service quality and room conditions suggest a reconsideration of value for money.
